Thank you! I'm missing the Trout but this has been my best start to a season with the Largies! Come on over but I think you might need a bait-caster or spinning rod set up because the wind has been pretty fierce(10-25+mph at times)! The only good thing about the wind is that it has pushed the fish in close but casting can be a challenge at times.Lets Go!!!! I think the wind might start calming down a bit soon?

We should all meet up there to fish together at least one time soon! I've got nice sized ones around most of the smaller lake but have certain areas that have produced multiple fish in the bigger size!

My P.B. day at Jerry Creek Res.!!!Best fishing this year in all the times I've fished here(about 75-100 times) I landed 36 Largemouth Bass which included (3) Trophy Fish! The first one was a 20 1/2" 4.6 LBER (post spawn female) caught on the Whopper Plopper, the second one was a 18 1/2" fat 4 LBER caught on the Spinnerbait with a Strike KIng Menace Grub as a trailer(4th pic),and the last fish was an 18 1/2" fat 4 LBER as well which was landed on a 5" senko style worm! I ended up losing a big fish in the last hour or so but a fantastic mostly cloudy day with temps in the upper 70's to mid 80's and winds 0-10+mph.Also my biggest Largemouth Bag of 5 fish weighing 16lbs!https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/80...924/zgo46c.jpg

Thx,the previous big fish on the Plopper was only about 2 3/4lbs! This fish did hit hard! It was in a channel surrounded by weeds,it hit it in the mIddle and I had to pull her up and through the weeds! The spinnerbait fish really hit hard stripping some drag!
