This was this morning on our place. From the tracks I saw, I'm not even making a dent. Predator hunters are welcome, but the snow is still deep.

I shot 2 of then near my cows that are calving. They cruise through looking for afterbirth or a cow not paying attention. The last one was over a cow that died a week ago. Calling works great if you get away from where we calve, those coyotes are smart/dead, but I rarely have time to go out and call.

Coyotes are amazing in that they not only adapt to humans, they expand. Keep poppin em'.
